2. Hosting and Infrastructure (Premium Projects)

2.1 Exclusively Operated Server Environment

If you choose a Premium Website, operation takes place on a server environment exclusively assigned to you, managed by Ronny Opitz (Triathlon Digital).
  • Infrastructure Partner: Netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany.
  • Server Location: Nuremberg, Germany.
  • Third Country Transfer: There is no transfer of hosting data to third countries (esp. USA).
  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (Ensuring operational security, performance, and data sovereignty).
  • Data Processing Agreement: A DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the infrastructure partner.

2.2 Technical Operation

Technical operation of the infrastructure is actively carried out by the website operator. Access to the server environment is strictly limited to the operator and – if technically necessary for infrastructure maintenance – the partner Netcup. A technical separation between technical infrastructure and content level is ensured.

2.3 Processed Data (Project-Dependent)

Depending on your project's functionality, different data categories are processed:
  • Contact Forms: Email, name, message (storage for processing).
  • Content Data: Texts and images that you manage yourself. After project handover, you (the customer) are the controller for content data processing.

2.4 Analytics (Only with Consent)

We use analytics tools (e.g., Umami) only if you have explicitly consented via the consent banner.
  • EU-based: The tool is operated on our infrastructure in the EU.
  • No Profiling: No cross-user profiles are created.
  • Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.

On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us directly via email or messenger services.
  • Email: When you send us an email, we store your email address and the content of the message to process your inquiry.
  • Messenger (Discord/Telegram): When using these services, you leave our website. The privacy policies of the respective providers also apply. We process the data received there exclusively for communication with you.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or the processing of your inquiry (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or f GDPR).
